I help clients by testing the applications we develop, ensuring seamless integration of new features, and delivering a positive user experience for each consumer.
Tell us about your background or training.
I am currently finishing a BS in Data Science from the University of Iowa. Most of my professional career has been in quality assurance through internships while I’ve been studying at the university.
What is your work mantra?
Don’t be afraid to be vulnerable and ask questions. Questions lead to continuous learning and growth.
What are you reading?
I mostly read fiction books. I love a good adventure story. Currently, I am reading Son by Lois Lowry.
Whom do you follow?
I follow Will Needham on YouTube to learn about Microsoft Fabric. I also follow several sports creators on social media in my free time.
Where do you see the field going in 1-3 years?
Manual testing will never disappear, but test automation is going to continue to become a larger and larger part of a successful development project. It is and will be imperative to invest in test automation suites for a bug-free production environment.
