Jason Nissen
Partner
A.k.a., The Big Kahuna, Jason is our fearless leader, our visionary, and the brains behind the operation. He's the big picture guy who keeps us focused on moving forward, thinking ahead, and staying current with technology trends. Oh yea, he knows a thing or two about technical architecture and software development, too. He's passionate about all things geeky and politics. Don't get him started talking about either one unless you have a lot of time on your hands! |

Kate Washut
Partner
Kate does a little bit of everything at Far Reach. From sales to human resources to project management to official Far Reach shopper. In other words, she does the stuff no one else wants to do. Just kidding! Every once in a while she gets lucky and is able to do some actual development, which she finds to be a refreshing change and great for keeping her head, at least a little bit, in the technical side of things so she actually knows what she's talking about when talking to clients. |

Chris Rouw
Partner
Chris is a runner, which might explain why he has so much more energy than the rest of us. This guy is a lean, mean coding machine who works really hard to make our clients happy. He succeeds, too. Not only that, but he can sing any Weird Al Yankovic song on demand. Try him! |

Chad Feldmann
Partner
Chad's a busy guy. From managing our server environment to project management and hard core web development, he covers a lot of ground. He's also big on giving back to the community, which we think is great and heartily encourage. When he's not working or volunteering, he's watching the Bears or Hawkeyes play football or hanging out with his Parrothead pals listening to Jimmy Buffet, drinking something from a coconut with an umbrella in it. |

Lana Wrage
Partner
Lana is another of our monster coders. She has a passion for software development that enables her to work with great focus on whatever task is at hand. We count on her a lot to get stuff done and get it done right. Our customers love her and, why not? She produces great stuff for them and loves doing it. When she's not at work cranking out great code, she's a woman on the go, trying desperately to keep up with her three kids. |

Todd Munnik
Product Engineer
Todd is not only a great developer who jumped right in and started contributing the minute he got here, but an accomplished accordion player as well (Eat your heart out Myron Floren!). Don't try to deny it, Todd! Actually, he's a multi-instrumentalist (he plays the saxophone like nobody's business, too) and contemporary music composer when he's not deep into the inner workings of whatever web app is on his plate. He's not a Hawkeye, Steelers, or Bears fan, nor does he care much for baseball. He might be the most sane of all of us.....Naaaahhhhh! |

James Barry
Web Developer
We were fortunate enough to stumble upon this very talented developer through some of our networking activities and were able to convince him that he belonged with us. James is up to whatever challenge we throw at him and always comes back asking for more. We knew he was an honest, hard-working, and loyal guy when he told us he'd been a fan of the Denver Broncos and Nuggets his whole life. |

Derek Berven
Web Developer
Derek is the youngster of the bunch, having graduated with a computer science degree from UNI in December of 2010. He also has the distinction of being the only licensed pilot among us. Pretty cool, huh? Since starting with us shortly after graduation, he’s wasted no time getting up to speed with new technologies and how we do things and we’re really happy to have him on board. |

|
Mike Cole
Developer
Mike brings lots of web development experience to the team. He also brings lots of Hawkeye football tailgating experience. As a matter of fact, he gives Chris a run for his money on the Hawkeye football fanaticism scale. If you know Chris, you know just how impressive that is! When Mike’s not churning out great code, he’s spending time with his lovely wife and son and serving as President of CVINETA, our local .NET User Group. |

Jen Aiello
Business Analyst/Project Manager
Jen is our #1 utility player, having taken on several roles for us, including business analyst, project manager, QA tester, and most importantly, Chief Nagging Officer, among other things. Prior to joining Far Reach, Jen’s claim to fame was being a calendar girl in her hometown newspaper her senior year in high school. We’re still trying to figure out exactly what that means. What we do know, though, is that Jen is passionate about serving her clients and her community. She serves as treasurer of the Readlyn Library Board, Secretary of the Community Club, is a Wapsie Valley School Improvement Advisory Committee member, and has volunteered her time to help build playground equipment and to raise funds for Readlyn’s bike trail. Wow, she's a busy woman! |

Logan Keenan
Web Developer
Derek is happy that Logan is now the youngster of the bunch, having graduated with a degree in computer science and a minor in economics from UNI in May of 2011. Originally from the Des Moines area, Logan is a true geek who lists among his hobbies, "tinkering with microcontrollers and building small electronics for them." Wow - Good stuff! We've found that he's pretty good at tinkering with web technologies and making that stuff hum as well and we're happy he chose to work with us.

Mark Palmer
Creative Director
Mark brings all of our ideas and development efforts to life with an artist’s eye. With his depth of experience in design, he helps our clients visually communicate their brands and personalities. Mark is a huge movie and television buff. He confesses to watching and owning more movies than any one person should. When he’s not designing snazzy looking content, he’s busy watching and participating in sports. An Iowa Hawkeye fan, Mark has no trouble fitting right in at Far Reach. |

Sue Munnik
Director of Marketing
Sue brings years of marketing and communications experience to Far Reach. She’s done a bit of everything in her 15-year career, from marketing research to non-profit management. We rely on her to communicate our company’s personality and vision, and are excited to have her help our clients do the same. At the end of the day, Sue stays busy serving on local non-profit boards, cooking up the latest from her husband’s garden, and keeping up with her two kids.
