Pogo Boards is a custom web application designed and developed for Talk to Me Technologies, a Cedar Falls company specializing in communication devices and speech and augmentative communication therapy for people with significant speech impairments due to disability, disease, or injury.
The application was developed to allow users to create customizable “boards” which are used primarily for individuals with speech impairments and contains two main components. The “admin” application is written in ASP.NET using C#. The “My Pogo Boards” application is written using Silverlight 3.0. The database is SQL Server 2005.
The Pogo Boards application is accessed via the company's website, also designed and developed by Far Reach.
