Assured Process Service, headquartered in Des Moines, IA, was in need of corporate identity branding and a website. Far Reach designers created a logo that was subsequently used throughout the company's marketing materials, including business cards, letterhead, brochures, and website.
The company also had a real need for a web-based technology solution that would allow it to better and more efficiently serve its customers. Far Reach utilized the DotNetNuke platform to develop a website for the company into which a secure client portal was integrated. The portal gives clients access to important documents 24x7x365 without having to rely on the availability of APS staff. Not only is this self-service option more convenient for clients, it saves APS personnel valuable time and resources that can be devoted to more pressing business matters.
